• Hotel location deliveries are made between 12 pm to 5 pm Monday-Friday

• Saturday and Sunday Hotel Deliveries are made between 1 pm and 3 pm

Your order must be in by 7 pm PST. for next-day delivery!

Q. Is there a reason why you don't offer Same-Day Delivery?

A. Yes, because of the volume of orders we receive daily, we are now using a courier service to make all of our local deliveries. They classify a same-day delivery as an expedited service and charge a hefty price to deliver on the same day in addition to the regular delivery fee. Unfortunately, this fee would be passed on to the customer.  In some cases, we can accommodate a same-day delivery if the order is in by 10 am PST and is not a custom order, and contains NO ALCOHOL.
The benefit of a next-day delivery is that it ensures the guest will be checked into the hotel, therefore limiting the amount of time the gift will sit at the bell desk which may or may not be climate controlled.

Q. What time will my gift be delivered the next day?

A. Our courier picks up between 11 am and noon 7-days a week.  Your gift will be delivered after that time however we cannot give you the exact time as the courier may have other stops along the way.  All deliveries will be made by 5 pm.  Once we get notification from them that the delivery has been made, we will update you and let you know.  Please keep in mind that they will only provide an updated delivery confirmation once all gifts have been delivered, so your gift may be delivered at 1:15 pm but we won't be told until all gifts have been delivered which may not be until 4 pm. There is no need to contact us asking if your gift has been delivered as we might not know and we cannot call the courier driver to ask, so please be patient, we will update you on the status of your delivery once we have heard from them.
