Gift and Gift Basket Return Policy

At Best Las Vegas Gifts your satisfaction is very important to us.
Please read below for our returns policy.

 

NOTE: Gift Baskets that are shipped are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

HOTEL Returns (Las Vegas Hand Delivered Gifts)

 

In the event, a gift is not picked up by the guest during their stay and after all, attempts are made by the hotel to deliver the gift the hotel will have us pick up the gift. A refund will be issued minus a re-stocking fee of 25%, delivery fees, and taxes.  Additional fees will cover the cost of retrieving the gift.

 

Refunds will NOT be issued for any gift containing perishable items such as:

Fresh Cheese

Refrigeration Needed Beverages

Any Dairy Products
Fresh Fruit
Chocolate Dipped Fruit

 

If a gift was delivered containing any item listed above and was not picked up by the guest the contents will be destroyed as they will be deemed unusable.


There is a risk when these types of products are ordered. It is strongly advised that you let the guest know ahead of time to expect a gift that contains perishable products. We are not responsible for any gift that is not picked up by the guest during their stay.

 

Non-gift basket items:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Alcohol (Beer, Wine, Champagne, and Liquor) cannot be returned. Gift Baskets excluded. Refunds for items returned within (30) thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than (30) thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt if you receive a damaged item. We will not replace damaged goods that are not reported to us within 2 days!

 

Please DO NOT return items to us without our knowledge.

  • If you wish to return an item, please use the form below. We will issue an RA# so that your account can be properly credited upon receipt of the return.

  • All returned items will be refunded for the amount of the item only.

  • We do not refund shipping charges in either direction.

  • A photo is required for any item claimed to be broken. You can email us the photo to email

  • Items that are returned to us in less than perfect condition i.e. soiled, dirty, cigarette smells, pet damage or otherwise deemed unsellable cannot be refunded. We will ship the item back to you at your expense to do with as you please.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Missing items must be reported within 2 days. If they are not reported within that time period we will not be responsible for sending a replacement item.

  • Any glass item that arrives broken/damaged happened during transit, therefore in order for us to file a claim with the carrier for compensation, we require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us via email before any refund or replacement is authorized.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • There are NO refunds or cancellations on any gift design that is to be hand-delivered. If you must cancel your order after it has been placed, you will need to do so within 24 hours of the delivery date.

 

IMPORTANT - If an entire order has been damaged IN TRANSIT (package is visibly damaged), please report it to the CARRIER immediately. Be sure to keep all packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.

 

Submission of claims is not grounds for credit card refund, the undisputed amount must be paid within terms.

 

Most orders will be shipped within *24-48 hours providing the product is in stock. If an item is not in stock we will ship as soon as it becomes available.
You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped. 
At times our stock may run low and not always correctly reflected on the product page. If the item you order reads "In Stock" but we are currently "Out of Stock" we will attempt to contact you to let you know.

 

Handling charges will be prepaid by Best Las Vegas Gifts and added to your invoice unless otherwise arranged. All orders are insured by the carrier up to $100, additional insurance can be added if requested.


Most orders ship within *24-48 hours.

 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to bad weather. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have control. Packages shipped via US Mail cannot be re-routed to a different address.
