If not, please find out who made the room reservation and get back to us. 

You MUST let a hotel guest know you are sending them a gift.  Unfortunately, there can be NO surprise gifts when delivering to a Vegas Hotel.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF A GIFT IS NOT PICKED UP BY THE GUEST!

Before you check out please check the list of hotels we deliver to. If you list a hotel that we do not deliver to your order will be canceled and refunded.
