Hotel Deliveries

We are located in Henderson/Green Valley Area


We provide local delivery services to all hotel/casinos, resorts, and timeshare properties in Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, and Summerlin areas.  We no longer offer hand delivery to North Las Vegas. 


  • We are closed on all major holidays.

  • Large quantity standard gift basket orders require advance notice. Contact us for information. 

  • All hotel deliveries start at 3 pm - we cannot deliver a gift at a specific time.  Monday - Wednesday deliveries will be made from 3 pm to 5 pm - Friday Saturday and Sunday deliveries are made from 3 pm to 6 pm.


Please be advised that we are not allowed to deliver directly to guest rooms. Gift baskets are delivered to the hotel bell/concierge desk. Hotel personnel will then arrange for in-room delivery. Additionally, if we do not have the name of the registered guest, the delivery may be delayed, and/or additional delivery fees may apply.


We truly understand that when sending someone a gift you want it to come as a "surprise"  You want them to receive something they didn't expect.
Please understand that this just cannot be the case when sending a gift to someone staying in a hotel.  Las Vegas is a busy town, people coming here do not typically spend their time in the hotel room which means that when a gift is delivered and the hotel clerk calls the room to set up a delivery to the room, the guest may not be in the room to get the call. The hotel clerk will leave ONE message on their room phone that may not be noticed and picked up, therefore the guest will never know that you've sent them something.  And the hotel will NOT call a second time. This is why it is so important you let them know you are sending them something and also letting them know to be on the lookout for the hotel message with instructions.  The last thing we want to happen is the guest checking out and never receiving their gift.  Please understand if you DO NOT let them know ahead of time and the gift is left behind we will not issue a refund. 


Please be sure to provide the FULL name of the REGISTERED guest, if different from the gift recipient's name i.e. John Doe c/o Jane Doe. The full name would be the legal name, not a nickname. Someone may go by Bud all his life but the name on his credit card used to secure the reservation may actually be Richard.

The guest's cell phone number is also handy.  
To assure that your gift is received, we ask that you kindly let the guest know that a gift is being delivered to their hotel.

A delivery confirmation email is sent once the gift basket has been successfully delivered to the Hotel and signed for by a hotel employee.

We provide local gift delivery service to all businesses, hotel/casinos, timeshare properties, and resort locations in
Las Vegas, Henderson, and Green Valley. 

Local delivery is Next Day Monday - Sunday 3 pm to 6 pm (PST)

Same Day Delivery is not an option. However, some items can be delivered the same day if the order is placed by 7 am (PST)

Custom/Specialty gift baskets are made to order and in most cases, require a minimum of 72-hour advance notice. For the most efficient service, send us an email for custom requests & be sure to include the date of the event, quantity needed theme of the event, and a general budget.

Our local Las Vegas and surrounding area delivery fees range from $20 to $25 and are based on the delivery zip code. Strip Hotel deliveries are $20 and Downtown Las Vegas Hotel deliveries are $25. We charge by the stop no matter how many gifts we deliver to one location.


A delivery confirmation email is sent to you via email once the gift basket has been successfully delivered to the hotel.         

In the event, a gift is not picked up by the guest during their stay and after all, attempts are made by the hotel to deliver the gift the hotel will contact us to retrieve the gift. No refunds will be issued if a guest never picked up their gift. The hotel keeps detailed information of dates and times the guest was notified. In some cases, additional fees will apply to cover the cost of retrieving the gift.


If the gift recipient claims they did not receive their gift during their stay and the hotel shows that the gift was picked up or delivered to the room a refund will be not authorized. If the hotel no longer has the gift in their possession and can verify that the gift was delivered to the room or picked up by the guest and the gift recipient still claims they did not receive their gift, you must take this issue up with the hotel directly, as we are no longer involved.


Be careful of companies who claim FREE Las Vegas delivery! They do this for you to purchase ONLY from them. After your order is delivered your credit card WILL be charged a second time for delivery. When this 2nd charge is questioned you will be told your delivery was out of the FREE delivery location range.  We feel that being upfront and letting you know ahead of time that there will be a delivery charge is much more honest.  When shopping with us your credit card will be charged only ONCE.  All costs related to your order will be upfront and there will be NO hidden costs involved. 

On rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to make substitutions in our standard gift baskets with products of equal or greater value.

In order to effectively & accurately process orders, we require the following information: Your name, company (if applicable), email address, street address, phone number, and billing information as well as the name, address, and telephone information of your gift recipient (s). This information is strictly confidential and will not be sold or distributed in any manner. Your information will be used only for the purpose of confirming your order and/or to notify you of special offers, new products, and/or services.

All gift basket orders, whether received by phone, fax, or online submission, will receive order confirmation, via email, within one hour of submission during regular fulfillment hours or on the next business day for orders received during non-fulfillment hours.  Please review order confirmations carefully and completely – written notice of any/all changes or cancellations must be received by 5 pm (PST) the day the order confirmation is sent. Same-day delivery orders may not be changed or canceled.
